How to report
- Before submitting a request or contacting Customer Service, write down the numbers shown on your water meter using these instructions.
- Find the meter box near the curb or yard. Open the lid.
- Read the numbers from left to right.
- That number shows water use. If the leak dial moves when water is off, you may have a leak.
- Then please, visit @ your service HC – Water & Sewer, and complete the form.
