Senior Centers are a great resource for seniors that supports their physical and mental health.

As we age, staying active and connected to a community becomes essential to our overall health and mental well-being. Studies show that social isolation among older adults can lead to a higher risk for health concerns like heart disease, depression, dementia, and others.

Hillsborough County’s Senior Centers, operated by Aging Services, help seniors stay active and engaged with a wealth of free programs and activities. Whether it’s learning a new language, moving at a Zumba fitness class, or just stopping in for a cup of coffee and a chat, Senior Centers are a resource for seniors that supports their physical and mental health.

Learn more about the numerous services Aging Services offers to adults age 50 and over.
