Hillsborough County Extension Service highlights the many benefits of outdoor gardening and landscaping

Long day at work? Feeling stressed out? Take a few seconds to sit back, relax, and learn about the many services and resources offered through Hillsborough County Extension. 

UF/IFAS Extension in Hillsborough County is an educational service provided by University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) and Hillsborough County.

Extension provides education and services in:

Hillsborough County Mindful Mondays 

Mindful Mondays promotes different ways you can make your mental health a priority, despite having a busy schedule. From chair yoga virtual classes to tips on how to decompress after a long day, Hillsborough County's Mindful Mondays has various interactive resources for you to access no matter what day or time it is.
