Struggling with Mental Health? Help is available!
Feeling sluggish? Disinterested? Or anxious during your day-to-day routine? These symptoms aren't a sign of weakness, but they can become more severe.
Dr. Carlos Garcia, clinical psychologist and owner of Tampa Counseling and Wellness, works to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health by encouraging entrepreneurs, employees, and people of all ages to put their mental health first. That starts with recognizing feelings and getting support.
Some signs a friend or loved one may be struggling include:
- Not wanting to get out of bed
- Feeling hopeless about the future
- Lacking any sense of happiness or joy
- Disconnecting from loved ones, friends, or colleagues
- Irritability or anger
