Request special curbside collection of bulky items
You can request a special pickup of items too large to fit inside the gray residential garbage cart and won't be picked up with your weekly collection.
Bulky waste includes appliances and large household items such as sofas, mattresses, chairs, refrigerators, washing machines, and recreation equipment.
Things to consider
- You may be able to self-haul large items to one of the County facilities for disposal
- Prices generally range from $30 to $50, based on the size and type of items
