Information regarding trash schedules for multi-family locations
Most multifamily residential developments (mobile home parks, apartments, condos, or townhomes) utilize commercial business solid waste accounts with commercial dumpster services. The solid waste collection and disposal fees for these properties are paid for by the location’s commercial organization, association, or management company.
While residents of multifamily residential developments do not receive County curbside collection services, there are still some no-cost drop-off solid waste disposal services available with only a photo ID showing Hillsborough County residency, including household hazardous waste, recycling, household paint, and household electronics.
