How to report a pothole
- To report a pothole in Hillsborough County, please complete the At Your Service Report a Pothole request form.
- Choose "Pothole(s)" as the category
- Include as much detail as possible
Roadway Safety Issues
If this is regarding an immediate safety concern, do not enter a request. Please call (813) 635-5400. This is number is only in the case of immediate safety concerns. For reporting potholes, completing the At Your Service Report a Pothole request form is the best option.
This includes:
- missing or damaged Stop, Yield, One Way, and Wrong Way signs
- missing maintenance hole covers or grates
- a blocked roadway
- a large depression in the roadway
