Things to consider
- Please note that all appeals must be filed within 30 calendar days of the date the zoning decision is rendered.
- In order to appeal a decision, you must have “standing.” The requirements for having standing to appeal an administrative decision are found in LDC Section 10.05.02.B
- You submit a fully completed application by the deadline to preserve your appeal rights. If you fail to submit a fully completed application by the deadline, your appeal rights will be lost.

What's next
Appeals decisions are announced at Land Use Appeals Board meetings. The board generally meets every first Friday of the month at 1:30 PM as needed.
Meetings are held at the County Center in the 2nd floor boardroom.
