Project description
The Preliminary Land use Assessment and Transportation study examines land use characteristics and economic, social, demographic and market trends along corridors that are planned for transportation improvements. The 19th Avenue corridor was examined in a proactive way to achieve the best land use and community outcomes while recommending transportation infrastructure projects that are consistent with planned development patterns.

The project limits are 19th Avenue from US Highway 41 to US Highway 301, with the study area encompassing the road plus an additional 1 mile surrounding buffer.
