The ideal candidate:
Performs professional architectural duties requiring licensure by the Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design, related to all phases of major capital programs for vertical construction. Manages complex, large-sized building projects and programs in the Capital Programs Department and other non-capital projects exceeding $20 million in value. May also involve managerial, supervisory, and administrative duties.
Starting salary range
Min $75,129.60 annually
Mid $106,412.80 annually

Minimum Qualifications Required
- Graduation from an accredited degree granting college or university with a professional degree in architecture; AND
- Registration as a Professional Architect in the State of Florida; AND
- Four years of post-registration experience as an Architect; OR
- An equivalent combination of education (not less than a high School Diploma/GED,) training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted above; AND
- Possession of a valid Florida Driver's license.
