CMAR-26-00430 Water Resources Pipeline Renewal and Replacement Program

Brief Description of Project: Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking qualification proposals from firms with experience in Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) project delivery to provide pre-construction and construction services for the renewal, replacement and installation of water mains, gravity sewer mains, manholes, vacuum sewer mains, reclaimed water mains, wastewater force mains, incidentals, miscellaneous repairs and/or modifications and emergency repairs to various water, reclaimed water, and wastewater pipeline assets and other related horizontal assets for a five (5) year term.

Brief Description of Project: Brief Description of Project: Hillsborough County Capital Projects is seeking qualification proposals from experienced Progressive Design-Build teams with a proven and documented track record of providing comprehensive pre-construction and construction services for the Northwest Regional Water Reclamation Facility (NWRWRF) Improvement Project. Improvements include a new administration building, a new operations and maintenance (O&M) facility, two rural roadways from Citrus Park Drive that lead to NWRWRF, and an electrical feeder from NWRWRF to the nearby Fawn Ridge Water Treatment Plant (WTP).

IFB-26-00407 Countywide Wastewater Manhole Rehabilitation (WORCS 8)

Brief Description of Project: Hillsborough County Water Resources requires a qualified Contractor to provide ongoing as-needed rehabilitation of existing wastewater manholes throughout the County. The rehabilitation work includes, but not limited to manhole inspection, replacement of frame and cover, rebuilding the manhole invert, removing liners and/or coatings, repair inflow/infiltration, grouting and coating of manhole interior and repairing sidewalks, curbs, gutters, irrigation systems and roadways as related to the rehabilitation.
