Brief Description of Project:The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed bids for construction of a single story approximately 7,327 sq. ft. 2-bay fire station building at 10508 Main Street, Thonotosassa, FL. The site includes associated on-site and off-site improvements such as access drives, parking lot, dumpster enclosure, sign, flagpole, landscaping, irrigation, storm drainage system, sidewalks, fences, and all necessary on-site & off-site utilities, plus back-up power generator, and a fire sprinkler system (NFPA 13 system).

Brief Description of Project: Hillsborough County Capital Programs Department is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of the Progress Village South Fire Station No. 48., located at 7412 South 78th Street, Riverview, Florida 33578.
The Project will include all associated on-site and off-site improvements for the construction of a new, single story, approximately 7,558 square foot, two (2) - bay fire station building.

Brief Description of Project: Hillsborough County Engineering and Operations Department is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified professionals to provide professional services to support maintenance improvements and activities for all aspects of roadway stormwater culvert cross drain and side drain repair, rehabilitation, and replacement and all aspects of stormwater pump station repair, rehabilitation, and replacement for a three (3) year term.

RFP-25-XXXXX, County Security Guard Services
Brief Description of Project: The Hillsborough County Facilities Management and Real Estate Services Department seeks to award a Contract to an experienced and qualified Contractor for ongoing and as needed licensed Class G armed and/or Class D unarmed uniformed security guards to provide services at various facilities throughout the County. The County's intent is to provide security guard services for 40 to 50 hours a week at approximately 19 sites and to protect the community and employees of Hillsborough County. All sites utilize armed security guards except for one (1) site occasionally utilizes unarmed security guard services. The unarmed security guards are utilized for approximately five (5) to 10 hours a week
