Brief Description of Project: Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking qualification proposals from firms with experience in Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) project delivery to provide pre-construction and construction services for the renewal, replacement and installation of water mains, gravity sewer mains, manholes, vacuum sewer mains, reclaimed water mains, wastewater force mains, incidentals, miscellaneous repairs and/or modifications and emergency repairs to various water, reclaimed water, and wastewater pipeline assets and other related horizontal assets for a five (5) year term

Brief Description of Project: Hillsborough County Facilities Management & Real Estate Services requires a qualified Contractor(s) to perform the anticipated work of the retrofit of existing metal halide sports lighting systems to LED or the installation of new light-emitting diode (LED) sports lighting systems for a four (4) year term at any of Hillsborough County's various athletic ballfields and play courts that meets technical specifications.

Brief Description of Project: Hillsborough County Parks & Recreation and Capital Programs Departments is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new library and park expansion on an approximately 50-acre property in Thonotosassa, Hillsborough County. Project is located on the South side of Main Street approximately 1/2 mile West of Mango Road (CR 579). Project includes a new approximately 18,000 sq ft library, a new approximately 2,600 sq ft concession building, two (2) new synthetic multipurpose fields, and all associated site improvements and infrastructure.

Brief Description of Project: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed bids from a qualified contractor for the construction of a new Brandon Replacement Library Brandon, Hillsborough County. Project site is on an approximate 9-acre property area located on the north side of W. Lumsden Road, approximately 600 feet west of Parsons Avenue between Parsons Ave. and Woodview Drive. Project includes a new approximate 25,000 square foot Library Building, expandable to 35,000 square feet, and all associated on-site and off-site improvements and infrastructure.

IFB-26-00089 7th/10th St SW Woodland Estates Ave and 7th ST SW Resurfacing and Culvert Contract
Brief Description of Project: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed bids from contractors for the construction of two bundled projects: Roadway Resurfacing (CIP 69631199 / 46142911): Resurfacing of 7th St SW, 10th St SW, and Woodland Estates Ave., from 24th Ave SW to W College Ave-a total distance of approximately 1.634 miles. Work includes drainage improvements, Clearing and grubbing, signing and pavement marking upgrades, and underground water utility relocation. Exceptions: The intersection with S. U.S. Hwy 41 (S. Tamiami Trail) falls under FDOT jurisdiction and is excluded. The railroad crossing area under CSX jurisdiction is also excluded. Culvert Replacement at 1518 7th Ave SW (CIP 46142455): Replacement and extension of the existing stormwater culvert to enhance safety and meet current design standards. Scope includes new headwalls, ditch regrading, and roadway milling and resurfacing.
