Listed below are the meetings for Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Professional Services (RPS), and Invitation to Bid (ITB).
Unless otherwise noted, the committees will meet in-person on the County Center 25th floor conference room, and all others who need live access to the meeting will be sent invitations to join the meeting virtually.
Active participation in each meeting will be limited to Committee members and advisors. The public will be able to attend the meetings using the "View meeting" button listed below each notice.
Virtual and hybrid meetings
Any protests submitted related to a solicitation will be in accordance with the process set forth in Hillsborough County Ordinance No. 23-15.
ADA accommodations
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing special accommodations to view or listen to the meeting should contact the chief procurement analyst / sr. procurement analyst assigned to the meeting as soon as possible prior to the meeting.
