With multiple classes to choose from, you can mix it up from cardio and ab exercises to improving balance and muscle strength.
Classes
- Ab Lab: A class with a core focus…literally! Strengthen and stabilize the muscles of your midsection.
- Cardio 30: Full body movements combined with light resistance to gently increase your heart rate and burn calories
- Functional You: Build muscle strength while improving balance and joint mobility with this full body low impact chairbased class. Class can also be taken standing.
