Providers can determine whether a member is eligible for the Hillsborough County Health Plan
There are four ways to determine whether a member is eligible for the Hillsborough County Health Plan:
ACES Provider online verification (single/multi verification process)
- Complete the fields on the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Release Access form (link below)
- All fields are required but ensure you: select the purpose, input the NPI/TIN#, notate who your HCHCP Contact is and input a phone number that you can be reached at directly. If any information is missing, the form will be returned to you for correction.
- Email the completed and signed form to: acesproviderportalaccessinfo@hcfl.gov
- Once received, your signed form will go to the director for review, approval and signature
- After the director has signed, you will receive an email with a link to access the portal along with the ACES Portal User Guide to enable you to create your user profile

ASI provider website
- ASI is Hillsborough County’s third-party claims administrator
- ASI is wholly owned by American Benefits Plan Administrator (ABPA) and includes other plans as well, which is why you will see the ABPA home page
