Hurricane Helene Update No. 25

Hillsborough County, Fla. (Sept. 30, 2024) – Due to the large volume of residential yard waste this week caused by Hurricane Helene, Hillsborough County curbside collections will take longer than usual. The County is working to augment the collections teams to provide more support.

Hillsborough County is asking residents to leave yard waste curbside until it is collected.

County officials urge patience as crews work to clean up the community impacted by Hurricane Helene.
