Stock up on supplies between Aug. 24 and Sept. 6 to get ready for stormy weather

We're in the thick of hurricane season. By now you should be signed up for HCFL Alert and know your evacuation zone.

If you need to replenish or stock up on storm supplies, it helps to buy items tax-free.
