Public meetings presented live by HTV are closed captioned for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. The Closed Caption Scripts application allows you will find the captioning text from a number of recent public meetings.
Captioning files for live government meetings will be posted within 72 hours after the conclusion of the meeting, unless unforeseen circumstances arise. The official record is available with the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
