Twice a year, usually April and September, Hillsborough County donates furniture, miscellaneous equipment and various office products to nonprofit agencies

All correspondence is done electronically, from applying to register (via the online form), to scheduling and confirming appointments during the donation process (via email).


In order to be added to the email list you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • A 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit agency operating in Hillsborough County
  • Must have been at the same principle address for at least one year
  • Must be registered with the Division of Florida Corporations as a non-profit agency in an “Active’ capacity for at least one (1) year
