List of current enjoined persons

What is Enjoinment?

Enjoinment is a civil process within the legal system wherein County Attorneys on behalf of Animal Control request that an individual(s) not be allowed to own or possess animals in this jurisdiction of the county for a specific period of time, or risk violation of a court order.

Reasons for Enjoinment

The purpose of the enjoinment process is to remove the privilege of animal ownership, even if temporarily, from offenders who have been deemed unable or unfit to care for their animals.
