Hillsborough County, Fla. (July 8, 2026) - Hillsborough County Mosquito Management Services will be conducting aerial applications of Dibrom to control adult mosquitoes between 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, and 6:30 a.m. Thursday, July 9, at the following locations:
Ruskin
North Boundary: Cockroach Bay Road
South Boundary: County Line Road
East Boundary: U.S. 41
West Boundary: Tampa Bay
The mission will be flown by an airplane at an altitude of 300 feet with an application rate of .66 ounces per acre.
First alternate spray date: July 11, 2026
Second alternate spray date: July 12, 2026
