Submitting site and subdivision development applications is now easier than ever
Hillsborough County Development Services will host a free live webinar on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 11 a.m. focusing on the recently launched land development section of the HillsGovHub portal. With this tool, site development and subdivision development application submittals are now available on the HillsGovHub portal. This webinar will help familiarize the public with the new platform and answer some of the most common questions users of the platform have. There will also be a brief question-and-answer session after the presentation.
The topics to be covered include:
- Overview of the Site and Subdivision Development process as part of the Land Development process in Hillsborough County
- Records that were converted from the previous platform (PGM Store)
- How to continue projects that were started in the previous platform
- Submitting a new application in HillsGovHub
- Viewing application comments and finding documents attached
- Searching for records in HillsGovHub
Registration for the online webinar is open to the public.
For those unable to attend or anyone wanting to revisit the session, a recording of the webinar will be made available online.
If you require assistance in the meantime, please visit HCFL.gov/HillsGovHubHelp for helpful information on using the HillsGovHub portal, including submitting land development applications.
Please note: Individual project questions will not be answered during this session. Please continue to direct any questions regarding a specific active project to the appropriate reviewer.
