Rezoning Pre-Submittal Reviews Requests are designed to allow applicants the opportunity to seek information from staff and conduct an informal review prior to officially proposing zoning changes. Typically, applicants can expect to receive information on possible rezoning options, staff issues / concerns, time frames, rezoning application submittal requirements, and associated fees.

Things to consider

  • Rezoning Pre-Submittal Review Requests are recommended for applicants requesting a Planned Development (PD) zoning district.

  • As an alternative to a Rezoning Pre-Submittal Review, minor questions may be addressed by submitting a Zoning Information Request. Certain situations may prompt the zoning staff to recommend a Rezoning Pre-Submittal Review.
