Pursuant to Florida Statues Chapter 489, local jurisdictions/counties may issue local licensure for license types which mirror a license offered by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR). Trades regulated by the State of Florida and/or work which requires a permit in this county requires a valid contractor license.
