Beginning Oct. 1, 2026, new water and wastewater rates will take effect for Hillsborough County Water Resources customers. The amount of customers’ bills will depend on meter size, water consumption, and wastewater service.
For FY 2027, the BOCC has approved a 5% increase and a 2.91% price index increase, and the Tampa Bay Water passthrough water charge will be $3.04.
