Hillsborough County, Fla. (July 29, 2026) - Hillsborough County Mosquito Management Services will be conducting aerial applications of insecticide to control adult mosquitoes on Friday, July 31, between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. in South Tampa.
Treatment Location
North Boundary: Swann Avenue
South Boundary: Tampa Bay (body of water)
East Boundary: Bayshore Boulevard
West Boundary: Tampa Bay (body of water)
The mission will be flown by helicopter at an altitude of 300 feet, with an application rate of .66 ounces per acre.
