Hillsborough County, Fla. (March 13, 2026) - Hillsborough County will hold a youth wheelchair football clinic Saturday, March 14, to teach the basics of the sport.
The clinic is for ages 5 to 17. Coaches from Parks & Recreation's Adaptive Sports division and adult wheelchair athletes will explain and demonstrate the sport. Participants will get plenty of active time, running through drills and learning techniques.
Check-in begins at 9 a.m. at the Lesley "Les'' Miller, Jr. All People's Community Park & Life Center, 6105 E. Sligh Ave., Tampa, FL 33617. The event runs from 10 a.m. through mid-afternoon.
