Free community event will bring families together for sports, activities, and prizes at Skyway Sports Complex
Residents of all ages are invited to the Skyway Sports Complex on Saturday, Feb. 21, for the third annual Skyway Family Fun Day, a free, family-friendly celebration filled with games, competitions, food, and fun. This year's event features one of the largest collections of bounce houses in Hillsborough County.
Skyway Sports Complex is located at 3901 George Rd., Tampa, FL 33634. Admission is free but registration is encouraged either online or on-site.
The festivities run from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature:
- A Tampa Bay Lightning hockey zone
- Six or more bounce houses
- 30 exhibitors and vendors
- Food, raffles, and prizes
- Active games, relay races, and activities for all ages and skill levels
Skyway Family Fun Day is designed to bring the community together through healthy competition and shared experiences offering something for everyone, from toddlers to teens and adults.
The Skyway Sports Complex is a multi-purpose facility that hosts baseball, soccer, football, and lacrosse. Amenities include a playground, batting cages, concession stands, picnic shelters, restrooms, and spectator seating.
