Hillsborough County, Fla. (Jan. 24, 2025) - Part of Turkey Creek Road in Dover will close temporarily this week as part of a CSX railroad crossing maintenance project.
Turkey Creek Road from Durant Road to Summerall Road is expected to be closed from 5 a.m. Monday, Jan. 27, to Thursday, Jan. 30, as crews replace the rail, track materials, and paved approaches to the crossing.
Residents can use detour routes on State Road 60, South Keysville Road, South County Road 39, and South Dover Road to get around the closing. Detours around the work will be marked, and motorists are encouraged to be careful in the area.
