Hillsborough County, Fla. (Sept. 12, 2024) - The south end of Krycul Avenue is closed as crews repair a failing cross drain beneath the roadway.
Krycul Avenue is closed from Lake St. Charles Boulevard on the north to Riverview Drive on the south. Roadway users are asked to use U.S. 301 as an alternative.
Detour signs will be posted. Motorists should use caution in the area while crews work to repair the stormwater system.
Traffic signal timings in the area will be adjusted to facilitate the movement of traffic around the road closure.
County officials do not yet have an estimate for when the road will reopen.
