Portion of Road will close from Aug. 20 to Aug. 30.
Hillsborough County, Fla. (Aug. 19, 2024) - Hillsborough County plans to close Clay Avenue in Brandon on Aug. 20 to repair a wastewater utility pipe. The road will be closed for 10 days until Aug. 30.
Clay Avenue will be closed just west of Seffner-Valrico Road between Stone Drive and Oak Ridge Drive.
The County encourages residents who use the roadway to plan for an alternate route.
Detours around the closure are posted, and drivers are urged to use caution when water is in the roadway.
