Carrollwood Village Park is part of a $10 million project to develop the former Dale Mabry Wastewater Treatment Plant into a community park. The park provides services ranging from fitness classes to fishing competitions, which helps it serve its 1 million+ visitors annually.
Amenities include a skatepark, dog park, playground, splash pad, and more. The park provides fun for the whole family and appeals to any age range!
Shelter rentals
- Any events/gatherings advertised publicly through media, newspaper, social media, etc. are prohibited unless the proper Special Event permit is issued to the user and may result in the rental being cancelled
- Shelter 1 is close to the front and the bathrooms and adjacent to the front parking lot
- Four picnic tables
- No grills are available at the park. Renters may bring gas grills only.
- Shelters can be reserved Monday through Sunday
- No bounce houses, tents, tables, charcoal grills, or any large free-standing structures
