Lobbyist information & registration application 

Effective April 21, 2016, Hillsborough County Lobbying Ordinance requires that ALL LOBBYISTS REGISTER with the County Attorney’s Office.

Lobbyists can register by using the Lobbyist Information & Registration Application (LIRA) and can subsequently sign-in for meetings with affected Hillsborough County personnel at Kiosks located in the Hillsborough County Center Building, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, Florida, or remotely through the online meeting log.

Registration fee payment, $50 per calendar year, can be either hand-delivered or mailed to:
