SMTM Bulletins
The current SMTM Bulletins are the ones found on this website. THE SMTM manual is undergoing a major revision which is expected to be published near the end of FY2026. All published SMTM Bulletins will be incorporated into the new SMTM manual. An appendix will be inserted in the SMTM to document the bulletins, locations within the manual, and any modifications to the bulletin.
