The Board of County Commissioners is pleased to celebrate the Upper Tampa Bay Trail Rocky Creek rehabilitation with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Please note that the celebration takes place at the Wilsky Boulevard Trailhead entrance, located at 10338 Wilsky Blvd.
