Ruskin Back to School Carnival

Free School Supplies with a carnival games theme. First 200 children will receive a free backpack to fill with supplies while playing carnival games. Popcorn, snow cones and face painting with free supplies given out by local businesses and partnering Hillsborough County agencies for all children ages 3 to 12.
