Join us for the 11th annual Military Agriculture Tour (MAT XI).
The purpose of the tour is to introduce active-duty and transitioning personnel, veterans, and their spouses to the diversity of agriculture in Hillsborough County and the diversity of career opportunities within a modern agriculture operation.
Tour details
- The tour will start and end at the Hillsborough County Extension office located at 5339 County Rd. 579 in Seffner.
- We will tour a tropical fish farm, a blueberry farm, agritourism operations, an ag equipment dealership, and the UF/IFAS Gulf Coast Research and Education Center
- Lunch at the UF/IFAS Gulf Coast Research and Education Center
- Cost: $5 + service charge
