Meeting of the Human Relations Board
This Board encourages equality among all people by reviewing complaints filed under Hillsborough County's Human Rights Ordinance which promotes fair treatment and equal opportunity for people regardless of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, and gender identification or expression.
Meeting information
The meetings are typically scheduled for the hybrid format (participate virtually or in-person), but may also be held in the virtual only or in-person only format. Please see individual dates for the meeting format.
Live public access and comments
Public speaking sign-ups for both virtual and in-person comments must be sent 24 hours prior to the meeting, and speakers will be called in the order in which their sign-up are submitted, whether virtually or in person.
- Public speaking on scheduled agenda items will be called before those speaking on non-scheduled items
- Speakers are prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis
- Each speaker is allotted up to 3 minutes
- Virtual participants are placed in the virtual lobby until they are admitted into the meeting and are muted upon entry and unmuted when recognized by the Chair
- In-person attendance, unless otherwise noted, the meeting room we usually use has a seating capacity of 18 for public attendees/participants

Sign up to participate virtually, in-person, or in writing, or if you only want virtual live viewing access by sending an email to the meeting contact listed below.
- Include your name, phone number, if you are speaking on an agenda item or off-agenda, and whether you will be participating in-person, virtually, providing written comment, or if you would just like live view access
