This is a special gathering of the EMPC for the Chair to garner input from the EMPC membership regarding formation of a new committee to address "system" issues. The EMPC Chair is empowered by the Bylaws to make all committee appointments and this gathering is for the Chair to speak to the other EMPC members in compliance with Florida open meeting "sunshine" laws.
The Hillsborough County EMPC will meet to conduct regular business.
