Emanuel P. Johnson Recreation Center Splash Pad Ribbon Cutting

Hillsborough County will celebrate the completion of an almost 1,600-square-foot splash pad at Emanuel P. Johnson Recreation Center in Progress Village. The splash pad includes 14 separate water features and is expected to become a major draw at the park, particularly in the hotter times of the year. The improvements also include new restrooms, shade structures, and artificial turf.
