Meeting of the Jan K. Platt ELAPP General Committee
The Jan K. Platt Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program (ELAPP) General Committee Meeting is a Hillsborough County, FL public meeting focused on acquiring and managing environmentally sensitive lands. Named after a former county commissioner, the committee reviews site nominations, prioritizes parcels for protection, and oversees a program that has preserved over 61,000 acres.

For hybrid meetings, at least a quorum of the board must meet in-person, all others can go to the physical location or can attend/participate virtually.
