Public access and comments

Meetings types are virtual only, hybrid (participation is in-person and virtually), or in-person only.

For hybrid meetings, at least a quorum of the board must attend in-person, all others, including members of the public can attend or participate either virtually or in-person.

For virtual or hybrid meetings

• Sign up to participate virtually or in-person (if applicable) by sending an email to the meeting contact listed below
• Include your name, phone number, and whether you want to participate virtually or in-person
• For hybrid meetings, you may also sign up on-site the day of the meeting where your name will be added to the list at that time

For in-person only meetings

• On the date and time for the meeting, show up at the location listed and add our name to the speaker list

For all meetings, you will be called on in the order that you have signed up.
