Bloomingdale Senior Center - October Topic: Depression and Mental Health Awareness
Each month we will cover a new topic and present new tips to help out. Topics range from "Essential Community Services for Alzheimer" and "Depression & Mental Health Awareness" to "Caregiver Stress Awareness Month."
If a holiday falls on a Thursday, the meeting day will be moved and noted.
