Join us for the annual Apollo Beach Family and Friends Field Day!

This free event allows families with children ages 6 - 12 to sign up as a parent and child in the following field day events.
- Sack Race
- 3-Legged Race
- Football Toss
- 40 Yard Dash
- Tug-of-War
All events are free to participate in, and winners will be awarded at a ceremony.
Lunch will be served to all participants.
The event will be held after the summer parent meeting, giving families the opportunity to participate and have a chance to get more acquainted with the staff and park amenities. We look forward to having lunch and an award ceremony at the end of the competition.
Participants may sign up by contacting Darlene Nelson at 813-981-4201 or nelsondc@hcfl.gov prior to the event. Day of registration begins at 9:30 a.m.
Things to know
- This event is free
- Weather related cancellations are possible, rain checks will be provided
- Parents may participate with their children ages 6 - 12
