How and where to dispose of Glass Bottles and Jars
Place this item in your blue recycling cart.
- Bring this item to a solid waste facility for free drop-off
- Recyclable items should be clean, empty, and dry.
- Do not bag recyclables. No plastic bags.
Accepted:
- Glass bottles (water, wine, beer, olive oil, etc.)
- Glass jars (pickles, sauce, relish, jelly, etc.)
Not Accepted:
- Candle jars
- Mugs
- Windows
- Mirrors
- Ceramics
- Ornaments
- Cosmetic jars
Special Instructions:
- Remove caps, lids, and corks, and place them in the trash.
- Labels can be left on.
