How and where to dispose of Glass Bottles and Jars
Place this item in your blue recycling bin or bring to a Solid Waste Facility for free drop-off recycling
- Recyclables should be clean, dry, and empty
- No plastic bags or bagged recycling

- Glass bottles (water, wine, beer, olive oil, etc.)
- Glass jars (pickles, sauce, relish, jelly, etc.)
Not Accepted
- Drinking glasses
- Candle jars
- Cosmetic jars (perfume, nail polish bottles)
- Ceramics (mugs, plates, baking dishes, and cookware)
- Windows and mirrors
- Ornaments
Special Instructions:
- Remove and place caps, lids, and corks, in trash
- Labels can be left on
