Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hurricane Debby Individual and Household Assistance
FEMA declared Hillsborough County eligible for Individual Assistance through the Individual and Households Program (IHP). Economic Injury Disaster Loans
The SBA has made Economic Injury Disaster loans available to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, and most private, nonprofit organizations. These working capital loans are designed to assist through the disaster recovery period.
