Local Displacement Policy
Purpose
The purpose of the Local Displacement Policy is to meet a new requirement to establish eligibility to receive a Housing and Urban Development community development Block Grant.
Policy
It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to approve and adopt a Local Displacement Policy for use by the County’s Community Development Block Grant Program.
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the County Administrator to implement the Local Displacement Policy approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners.
