Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant Policy
Purpose
To provide for wastewater treatment and disposal services to individual developments occurring in such service. Rapid growth areas of the County’s Utility Service area when the county is unable to immediately provide.
Policy
The Board of County Commissioners approves and adopts the Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant Policy.
Responsibilities
Implementation of the Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant Policy is the responsibility of the Development Review Department, Planning and Zoning Department, and Public Utilities Department. Policy guidelines as applicable to these departments and developers are published separately.
NOTE: Interim wastewater treatment plant policy guidelines approved by the Board are published separately and are available in the offices of the Planning and Zoning Department.
