Design Criteria for Bridge Construction
Purpose
To establish design criteria for bridge construction to insure new structures meet uniform minimum standards.
Policy
It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners that all bridge structures to be constructed on the County roadway system must be designed to meet the criteria in the most current edition of the Hillsborough County Transportation Design Manual (HCTDM).
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the Assistant County Administrator for Public Works to implement this policy as approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners.
