Notice of Proposals Involving County – Owned Land
Purpose
To advise the Board of County Commissioners of written proposals received by County Administration involving County-owned land.
Application
Prior to the inclusion of County-owned land in an application for rezoning or zoning modification and prior to the submittal of the application for County review, County Administration will advise Board members that a written proposal involving County-owned land has been received.
Responsibilities
The County Administrator or his designee shall be responsible for advising Board members of any such proposal through a written memorandum.
