Public Facility/Co-Location Policy

Purpose

To encourage, whenever possible, the co-location of compatible public facilities on County owned land.

Policy

It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to encourage, whenever possible, the co-location of compatible public facilities on existing county owned sites and new sites that are acquired by Hillsborough County.

Responsibilities

The Real Estate Department and the Architectural Services Section of the Public Works Department shall be responsible for administering this policy.
